Reinsurance Operations Analyst Location: National - circa £28,000 | London - circa £30,000 We're looking for a Reinsurance Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Reinsurance Operations team within Retirement Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a numerically minded graduate or someone with relevant experience seeking a new challenge in a critical function that supports Aviva's strategic ambitions. You'll be responsible for the ongoing administration of in-force reinsurance arrangements, working closely with pension schemes and reinsurance partners to deliver capital-efficient solutions that manage risk effectively. A bit about the job: Analyse and validate insured data extracts to identify changes across reinsurance portfolios. Calculate updated reinsurance premiums based on revised datasets. Support process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of reinsurance administration. Skills and experience we're looking for: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the role. Strong numerical ability; experience in reinsurance operations or pension transactions is desirable but not essential.
