Job Title: Registered Manager – Supported Living (Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
The Opportunity
Compass Associates are working with a provider of specialist adult social care services to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for supported living services in Scotland. This role will lead the day-to-day management of services for adults with LD, ensuring high standards of care, strong regulatory compliance and effective leadership of staff teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership and management of supported living services for adults with ld.
* Ensure services comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
* Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, care planning, budgets, and service outcomes.
* Lead and develop multidisciplinary staff teams, promoting engagement and a positive workplace culture.
* Ensure robust safeguarding and risk management practices are in place.
* Drive continuous improvement in service performance and quality.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with families, commissioners, and external agencies.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in supported living or residential services.
* Strong understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities.
* Demonstrable ability to lead large staff teams in complex environments.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Financial and operational management experience.
* Ability to lead services through change and improvement.
* Resilient, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
