The Role

Academy Business Lead
Park Community Academy Leadership team and Governors are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Business Lead to join our Academy.
The successful candidate will work closely with the school Senior Leadership Team and Trust Central Team. They will be responsible for business management of Academy resources and the management of the Academy's administrative function through planning, developing, designing and monitoring administrative systems and procedures. This role will Support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Trust Business Leads and will manage the administration of human resources whilst maintaining confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding procedures. They will be responsible for health and safety issues within the Academy (with the support of the Headteacher and Central Team) and how they impact on pupils, staff and visitors to the Academy. This role will also be responsible for the line management of administrative, site and IT teams within the Academy.
