What youll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of Personal Lines and HNW clients
* Handling renewals, MTAs, new business and general client queries
* Providing a high-quality service and building strong client relationships
* Working closely with colleagues across the wider group
* Using Acturis daily to process and manage client information
What youll bring
* Ideally 2+ years experience in Personal Lines insurance
* Acturis experience is strongly preferred
* A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
* A team-focused mindset - you enjoy learning from others and contributing to a supportive culture
