Customer Success Executive - Key Responsibilities Become a subject-matter expert in our clients digital product portfolio Support the sales team at client meetings to promote digital solutions Lead customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to implementation Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact for digital products Deliver ongoing support including check-ins, performance reviews, training, and issue resolution Capture and promote customer success stories and testimonials Collaborate with marketing on artwork and site-specific product promotions.
