HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
· 1-2-1 meeting once a month with your Tutor (2-3 hours) via Teams (you’ll learn part of 1 module)
· You will not attend college for one day a week!
· 6 hours of your working week will be spent on apprenticeship work, this includes:
· These hours will be agreed with your manager, either split across the throughout the week, or on a set day
· After 6 months, you’ll start preparing for your End Point Assessment (EPA) doing mocks of:
o multiple choice tests, presentations of your work and Q&A’s
· With CT Skills, you’ll get lots of 1-2-1 support from application until the completion of your apprenticeship!

DAY to DAY, you will….
Reception
o Follow the clinic admin checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
o Ensure all areas are safe and clean.
o Update the clinic TV adverts and promotional materials,
Customer Services
o Foster positive relationships with customers through engaging and welcoming interactions.
* Enhance the customer experience by suggesting additional products and services.
* Collect essential patient details and gather valuable customer reviews.
o Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, letters, website, and social media enquiries.
Customer Payments
o Create invoices for customers.
o Manage customer payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness during processing.
o Record and account for all cash or digital transactions within the system(s).
Calendar Management
o Maintain an organised schedule of patient bookings.
* Amend and schedule patient appointments as needed.
* Communicate appointments to the Clinical Services Manager and Pharmacist
Data Entry
o Update and maintain records and databases efficiently.
o Organise both digital and physical files for easy accessibility.
Stock Management
o Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, PPE, consent forms,
o Monitor and ensure correct medicines and quantities are in stock for patient appointments.
General
o Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as requested.
