As part of your role you will be developing enhanced board packs to incorporate PE/Investor and ESG Reporting
You'll be in the room for the conversations ACAs at this level usually never get near.
The breadth to complete your finance leadership toolkit
You'll lead a team of five.
Own group reporting.
Run cash, treasury, and covenant reporting.
Drive ERP and transformation projects.
Partner with operations to link factory activities to financial results.
You'll walk away with the experience required to run a full finance function.

What You'll Lead & Own
Financial Reporting & Control
Ownership of group reporting, statutory accounts, month-end and balance sheet integrity
Lead audit, tax, treasury and covenant reporting
Control of CapEx, policy and governance
Cashflow, Working Capital & Treasury
Forecasting, liquidity and bank reporting
Drive improvements across debtor, creditor and stock
Transformation & Systems
Strengthen processes, controls and data
Lead ERP/MRP improvements and automation
Build digital dashboards and new reporting capability
Leadership
Manage, coach and develop a team of five
Build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Business Partnering
Work across operations, commercial and board level
