We're seeking an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader (Visual Team Leader) to join our team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and foster a great work environment. You will be an expert in product handling, continuously improving the customer experience through outstanding visual execution and high-quality customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager, you'll help develop the team, maintain operational standards, and drive sales, KPIs, and team performance.

About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver excellent product placement and create 'wow' wearable outfits.
* Maintain high visual standards with the customer experience as a priority.
* Confidently manage all store operations, including service, people, and processes.
* Support the Commercial/Product Manager in empowering the team to prioritize customer experience.
* Utilize commercial tools effectively to drive business actions.
* Take responsibility for store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, customer feedback, and RFID.
* Assist in managing store operations and ensuring health & safety compliance.
* Contribute to developing a motivated, engaged, and valued store team.
You'll Be Perfect If
* You have retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
* You are passionate about fashion and stay updated on trends.
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You can motivate and inspire your team.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
