Conveyancing Assistant Fareham Salary dependent on experience Our well-established client has a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at their Fareham office. The Role & Responsibilities: · Carrying out all required administrative duties on conveyancing matters · Opening files electronically and setting up paper files including conflict & ID checks for client. · Prepare correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of files · Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file. Person Specification: · The successful candidate will be experienced preferably in this area of law. · This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. · Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts · Commitment to providing excellent client care · Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel · Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task · Team-focus with a flexible “can do” and collaborative approach to working with others.
