Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for large-scale programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, development teams, and project managers, to define test strategies and plans.
* Drive test execution, defect management, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
* Ensure compliance with SDLC and STLC processes throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with automation teams to identify opportunities for test automation and integrate automation into overall test strategy.
* Prepare and present test progress reports, metrics, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
* Experience with Agile, Hybrid, iterative and waterfall methodologies, and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
* Risk management and issue resolutions
Required Skills & Experience
* Good experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead role.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Proven experience in complex, large-scale programs, preferably in the banking domain.
* Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices.
* Hands‑on experience or strong understanding of test automation tools and frameworks.
* Ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
* Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
* Having worked in Oracle application
