Role responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Commercial Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of the sales and service relationship with key retailers
* Growing revenue and profit within selected accounts
* Leading forecasting, budgeting, and promotional planning
* Securing new listings and expanding store distribution
* Feeding into the NPD pipeline and innovation plans
Key candidate criteria:
* Proven experience in retail account management within Food Manufacturing - 5+ years.
* A chilled meat background would be a plus.
* Strong understanding of the UK grocery retail landscape
* Commercially savvy with sharp negotiation skills
* Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
* Flexibility to travel across the UK to meet customers and internal teams
