Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join us on an interim basis to cover maternity leave. This contract role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in managing website development, overseeing digital campaigns, and leading other cross-functional marketing initiatives, not just in the digital space. Working closely with our marketing executive, you will take ownership of strategy while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage marketing projects from strategy to execution, in line with company objectives
* Oversee website development, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
* Manage multiple marketing channels including email automation, social media, paid advertising and print.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns, in line with sales activities
* Support and advise on business-as-usual marketing activities
* Track and report on performance metrics, using available insights
* Track and manage the marketing budget
* Manage and develop our marketing executive, providing guidance and mentoring
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a marketing role with a focus on B2B marketing or the professional services environment.
* Proven experience in delivering transactional and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
* Demonstrated ability to support campaign and channel execution to drive business outcomes.
* Strong understanding of broader marketing strategy and delivery, including activity around brand, content, and lead generation.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
* Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM, social media platforms).
* Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
* Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills.
* Experience leading initiatives for and working closely with senior internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint for presentations.
* A keen interest in IT trends that impact marketing strategies.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
