Your new role
As a CNC Programmer, you'll play a critical role in developing and optimising machining strategies for complex components. You'll be responsible for:
* Programming CNC machines using Siemens NX and Vericut
* Creating and modifying toolpaths for multi-axis machining centres
* Supporting NPI and prototype development
* Collaborating with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability
* Driving continuous improvement in cycle times, tool life and other production areas
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in CNC programming within a precision engineering environment
* Strong proficiency in Siemens NX (or similar CAM software)
* Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
* A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and quality
