We’re looking for a Brand Communications Marketing Manager (Part-Time 15 hours per week) to join our Team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Communications Marketing Manager to join our team. Working within our Commercial Team the successful candidate will be required to work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team to ultimately grow our global client base and user numbers of our platforms; Induct & Train and Read & Sign. What you’ll be doing! As amember of the Commercial Team, the Brand Communications Marketing Manager will work with, and under the direction of the Chief Commercial Officer to maintain a cohesive, high-impact brand across all touchpoints — from printed brochures and exhibitions to thought leadership, awards, and accreditations. We're looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Brand Communications Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our non-digital marketing efforts, in-person brand experiences, and reputation-enhancing activities. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in shaping how customers, partners, and the wider market perceive Keyzo and its products. The Brand Communications Marketing Manager will act with reliability, maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to all Company policies and be a champion of the Company Values at all times. The accountabilities for this role include: Brand & Communications · Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the Keyzo divisions brand identity, is consistent across all on and offline and physical materials. · Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and UI/UX Designer to align messaging, visuals, and tone across every touchpoint. · Develop tone of voice guidelines and brand messaging that reflects our people-first, innovative culture. · Write softer brand content for our social media platforms including team profiles, behind-the-scenes features, and people-focused stories that reinforce our culture and values. Events, Exhibitions & Lead Generation · Organise and manage in-person events such as trade exhibitions, networking events, and product launches. · Plan all event logistics (stand materials, brochures, branded giveaways, team briefing, setup including managing and reporting on event budget). · Be accountable for managing stock, including prepping the event loads prior to events and post event returns. · Manage event staff uniform ordering/distribution. · Act as a Product Specialist at events to support lead generation and customer conversations. · Research and secure subject matter expert speaking opportunities at exhibitions and industry events. · Collaborate with wider team to create, promote and support internal online sessions like Tech Time Outs to announce exciting new features and roadmap highlights and Lunch & Learns for internal colleagues. · Research new industry events to consider, manage the years event plan including budget. Print & Physical Marketing · Manage the creation and ordering of physical brand materials such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, business cards, signage, and branded giveaways. · Ensure all print assets are high-quality, on-brand, and relevant for their intended audience. Advertising & ROI Monitoring · Coordinate magazine, industry press, or local advertising campaigns. · Track performance metrics (e.g. impressions, clicks, conversions) and report on offline marketing ROI. · Research and present ideas for additional physical marketing campaigns. Awards & Accreditations · Identify and submit entries for relevant business, product, and team awards to raise Keyzo’s external profile. · Manage and develop relationships with existing accreditations such as the Armed Forces Covenant and Living Wage Foundation and promote these internally and on our social media as necessery. · Research and recommend new certifications, memberships or partnerships that align with our values and enhance our brand reputation. Content Creation & Coordination · Write and manage the production of brand-enhancing content including blog posts, press releases, testimonials, case studies, printed collateral. · Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to schedule and publish content across social platforms and web channels. · Share responsibility for managing a unified social media content calendar, ensuring regular, timely, and brand-aligned posts. · Ensure offline activities (e.g. events, team milestones, print campaigns) are translated into engaging social content. · Maintain a joint marketing calendar to ensure cohesion between digital and offline efforts. · Undertake any additional duties as reasonably requested by the CCO Experience, Qualifications and Skills · Minimum 2 years experience in brand, communications, event, and offline marketing roles (ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment). · Preferable but not essential, a graduate with a minimum 2:1 classification in Marketing, Event Management or Business related subject. · Experience of using a CRM, preferably Hubspot., or must be willing to learn. · Excellent writing and editing skills, with a good eye for tone, grammar, and messaging. · Excellent organisation skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. · Confident engaging with suppliers, venues, partners, and stakeholders. · A natural team player with the confidence to represent the company externally. · Comfortable briefing and collaborating with design and digital teams to execute creative work. · Experience supporting or organising speaking opportunities and thought leadership content as required. · Experience and success in researching and submitting award entries and/or managing brand partnerships. · Comfortable working with performance data, measuring effectiveness, and refining approaches. · Familiarity with working alongside digital teams, content schedulers (e.g. HubSpot), or project tools. · Be willing and able to travel nationally and internationally to attend industry events as required. · Be capable of prioritising workloads, maintaining professional composure when working under pressure · Have excellent verbal and written capabilities, maintaining a professional tone and style when dealing with stakeholders. · The ability to work successfully as part of a multidisciplinary team · A hard-working, target driven team player who is self-motivated, has a passion for learning and has the ability to offer and receive feedback constructively.
