The Role
:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
1. Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people in our care.
2. Support with daily routines, household tasks, and meal preparation.
3. Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies.
4. Transport young people to school, medical appointments, and activities.
5. Act as a positive role model, setting clear boundaries and building trust.
6. Help young people develop life skills, including managing finances.
7. Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
8. Be able to work shifts - including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins (1–2 per week).
