Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Manager

The Graduate Recruitment Manager will oversee all aspects of the firm’s London graduate recruitment programme, including developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing candidate attraction and selection processes, coordinating vacation schemes and training contracts, ensuring compliance and reporting, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Marketing: Manage all graduate recruitment marketing, including promotional materials, digital presence, careers fairs, and campus events.
2. Campus Ambassadors: Oversee ambassador recruitment, training, and ongoing activities.
3. Vacation Scheme Recruitment: Handle applications, assessment centres, interviews, and offers for Spring and Summer schemes.
