KS1 Teacher | April 2024
Wayman Education is working with a caring and welcoming primary school based with a Good Ofsted rating report in Flitwick, Bedfordshire. We are seeking an engaging and student-focused KS1 teacher for April 2024. The children are keen learners, and the staff here strive to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through a supportive pastoral environment.

Responsibilities of a KS1 teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective classes to KS1 students based on the National Curriculum.
* Provide ongoing feedback and support to KS1 students to encourage growth and development.
* Create a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
* Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
* Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on KS1 student progress.
* Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
