We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wow-ing customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a customer service superstar who can help to create a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets.
Role details: full-time 40 hours per week over 4 days, with 1 in 4 weekends. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often the first point of contact — the first faces customers see in reception and the voice on the phone. This position plays a key role in delivering a fabulous, long-lasting impression.
You’ll receive comprehensive training, including CPD for veterinary reception teams provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
We have adopted a deskless reception. You’ll confidently greet customers at the surgery entrance, guide them to seating areas, offer refreshments and complete check-in/check-out on a tablet. You’ll also have opportunities to upsell products and services, such as benefits of being registered with our Pet Health Plan. By being proactive, approachable and helpful, you’ll help deliver 5-star customer service to be proud of.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers on arrival, guide them to seating areas, offer refreshments and manage check-in/check-out on a tablet.
* Provide friendly, proactive service to ensure a positive experience for customers and their pets.
* Upsell products and services where appropriate, including Pet Health Plan enrollment.
* Maintain a welcoming reception environment and act as the first point of contact for customers.
