This Reception Administrator role supports the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team by delivering an efficient, high-quality reception and administrative service within the organisation's Admin Centre. Key responsibilities: Provide a welcoming reception service and administrative support to the Senior Management Team Manage telephone and email correspondence, directing or taking action as appropriate Greet and assist visitors, providing refreshments courteously Maintain stock levels of stationery, kitchen, and cleaning supplies Oversee post room duties and ensure functionality of franking machine and photocopier Keep noticeboards, brochures, leaflets, and policy documents up to date Produce quarterly staff newsletters Organise and support internal meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking Update internal telephone lists and support document development Enter daily staff data and assist with surveys and events Provide administrative support across estates and transport functions, including ordering uniforms and managing access credentials Requirements A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), minute-taking, and document preparation is highly desirable. Applicants should be organised, presentable, confident, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
