The Role
We’re seeking an organised and enthusiastic Events
Coordinator to join our team and help deliver exceptional meetings, weddings,
and private functions. You’ll play a key role in managing event enquiries,
coordinating logistics, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to
finish.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
* Support the Reservations & Events Manager in
driving event revenue through upselling and creative package development.
* Support the Reservations Team during holidays and pick
demand.
* Handle all event and
group enquiries, from initial contact to post-event follow-up, ensuring a
professional and timely response.
* Liaise with clients to
understand their requirements and create detailed event proposals and
function sheets.
* Coordinate with the
Operations, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless
event delivery.
* Conduct show rounds and
support clients throughout the planning process.
* Manage event details
within the property management system, ensuring accuracy in billing and
documentation.
* Maintain awareness of
local market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales
opportunities.
* Assist with compiling
event reports, client feedback, and post-event analysis.

* Previous experience in
an events, sales, or hospitality coordination role.
* Excellent communication
and organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.

approach and ability to build strong relationships with clients and
colleagues.
