About Our Client
Page Group is working in partnership with a longstanding client to appoint a new Customer Insight & Innovation Manager. This is a newly created role focused on improving the customer journey across all touchpoints and business areas. Based in Leeds, our client advocates hybrid working, offering 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead customer journey mapping activities, identifying improvements for touchpoints and system enhancements.
* Analyze, interpret, and share customer insights across the business to prioritize customer-centric service improvements.
* Identify process and procedural improvements, create business cases for change, and oversee implementation.
* Manage strategic initiatives including digital evolution projects.
