We're looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a well-established, family-run independent garage near Tunbridge Wells with an outstanding 4.9-star Google rating and a strong reputation for quality workmanship and honest service.

Our modern, fully equipped workshop handles servicing, diagnostics, MOT preparation, tyres, and mechanical repairs across a wide range of vehicles.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will:
* Carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
* Analyse job sheets and complete work to manufacturer and industry standards
* Diagnose faults and recommend further repairs where required
* Accurately record time spent, parts used, and additional issues found
* Carry out road tests where required to ensure repairs are completed correctly
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
* Work closely with the Workshop Controller and service team
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic
* Confident carrying out servicing, repairs, and fault finding
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
* Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
* Full UK driving licence preferred
