Join us as a Psychologist at Harmonia Careers. (£54,584 – £64,085 (incl. paid school holidays) + excellent benefits).

Dovetree School is an independent specialist day school in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Rated Good by Ofsted, it serves a diverse group of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and other associated conditions.

* Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
* Have specialist skills and experience in assessing, formulating and delivering therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
* Have experience supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
* Be a confident, engaging, effective, model, guide, leader and trainer.
* Be highly organised and able to take initiative.
* Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.


Responsibilities

As part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team you will:

* Support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments.
* Conduct clinical assessments and formalisations, and offer individualised interventions and engagement to young people.
* Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to educational and residential teams.
