Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2
* Confidently follow school plans or deliver pre-set work
* Maintain strong behaviour management and positive classroom routines
* Adapt quickly to different schools, pupils and expectations
* Provide continuity of learning during staff absences

Key Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
* Recent experience teaching in a UK Primary School setting
* Confident, flexible and able to take charge of a class from day one
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A professional, reliable and proactive approach
