Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant in Northumberland to join our supportive school team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support students' learning, provide one-to-one or small group assistance, and help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Experience working with children is preferred but not essential. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for those eager to make a difference in SEND education. All candidates must undergo a full right to work check and hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
Requirements:
* Experience working with primary and secondary school-aged children.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
* A passion for the progress of SEND pupils.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to build rapport quickly with students.
* Key qualities: Patience, Sympathy, Strong-willed.
