As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in producing savoury dishes that meet the high standards of our elite clientele. This role demands a chef with a commitment to consistency and quality, a strong foundation in culinary techniques and a passion for savoury cuisine. You'll oversee junior chefs, ensure top-notch quality control, and help maintain an efficient kitchen environment where every dish shines.
Assist the Head Chef in producing and perfecting savoury dishes for high-profile clients.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, upholding our standards of quality and presentation.
Manage ingredients, inventory, and kitchen organization in a high-volume production environment.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene practices.
Bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in every shift.
Experience in Michelin or Rosette-star savoury kitchens or fine-dining environments.
Proven ability to deliver consistent quality in a high-volume setting.
