Purpose of Role:
This role is crucial in delivering high-quality engagement with children, supporting their developmental needs, and ensuring the highest levels of supervision. You must support and maintain our Keeping Everyone Safe policies and procedures, demonstrating and adhering to safe working practices.
Support observation and assessment standards in line with regulatory requirements and Bright Beginnings, Bright Horizons curriculum to ensure a child-centred approach. Collaborate with parents to support observation and planning processes that meet the needs of all children, in line with the Quality Assurance Framework. Strive for service excellence for our current and prospective customers by role modelling behaviour aligned with our HEART principles and Bright Promise, delivering exceptional care and education.
This role will also work with the room leader and Early Childhood Specialists to drive continuous improvement, embed inspirational early years pedagogy, and secure regulatory compliance with better than National Average inspection outcomes in the UK.
You will support in sharing and articulating the attributes of the Bright Horizons brand, establishing Bright Horizons as the provider of choice for families, corporate clients, and employees.
