I am working with a well established Housing Association based in Newcastle who are looking for a Finance Operations Coordinator to join them on a full time and permanent basis. You'll work alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner and will be responsible for a variety of financial administrative duties.\n\nClient Details\n\nMy client are a Housing Association with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to maintaining a leading position in the industry, and cultivates a supportive and professional work environment.\n\nDescription\n\nAssisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports\nSupporting the team in budgeting and forecasting activities\nProcessing invoices and managing accounts receivable/payable\nEnsuring compliance with financial regulations\nPerforming financial analysis to assist decision-making\nContributing to annual audit processes\nMaintaining organised financial records\nCollaborating effectively with the Accounting & Finance teamProfile\n\nThe successful candidate will have:\n\nAAT qualification or working towards\n18 months+ experience in a similar Finance role\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to prioritise workload efficiently\nExperience of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential \n\nJob Offer\n\nFull time and permanent role + Paying £27149 + Hybrid working + 37 hours per week + Study support + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + other benefits
