About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Hessle. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes across both UK and international operations. From managing subcontractor invoices and processing technician hours to resolving payroll queries and producing essential reports, you'll help keep our payroll function running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and prepare subcontractor payment runs.
* Process technician hours with accuracy and efficiency.
* Deliver international payrolls on time each month.
* Investigate and resolve payroll queries.
* Provide cover and support across the payroll function as required.
* Produce reports and monthly KPI updates for management.
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless payroll cycle.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade B/5 or above).
* Experience in payroll or finance is an advantage, but not essential.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A structured, proactive approach to work.
* Team player with leadership potential.
