This opportunity sits within the Children’s Services team at Walsall Council, and is critical in supporting meetings involving vulnerable children, families, and multi-agency professionals. Your work will directly support safeguarding processes and legal proceedings. The Role – Why Minute Taking Matters Minute taking in this role is not just administrative it is essential and central to the safeguarding process. You will be responsible for producing formal written records of sensitive, high-stakes meetings, often involving child protection. These documents are used in legal settings, so precision, confidentiality, and speed are vital.
