Role: Teaching Assistant

We are looking for patient, energetic, and dependable Teaching Assistants to join our local secondary schools in Southport.
Must Haves:
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness for one).
* Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Key Duties:
* Supporting the subject teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly and students stay on task.
* Helping students understand instructions and complete their classwork across different subjects.
* Working with small groups of pupils to improve their confidence in core subjects.
* Assisting with classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
* Helping with administrative tasks like preparing resources or organising displays.
* Acting as a positive role model and helping students stay motivated throughout the day.
* Encouraging students to participate in class discussions and peer activities.
