We are looking for a Reception & Reprographics Assistant to join our team. If you are interested in working with young people and would like to help them as they prepare for their future working lives, we would like to hear from you.
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and approachable individual to join our team as a Reception & Reprographics Assistant. The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, a positive mindset, and a strong commitment to supporting the day-to-day experience of our students and staff.
Our students are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating a welcoming and efficient school environment.
Essential Qualities & Skills

* Team Player: Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to the wider school community.
* Strong Communication Skills: Confident in dealing with students, staff, parents, and external visitors both in person and over the phone.
* Organisational Skills: Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* IT Proficiency: Competent in the use of email, Microsoft Office, and reprographics equipment (training will be provided as needed).
