Job Description
The Grant Thornton Digital Audit Team provides best-in-class digital products, services, and skills to enable auditors of the future to set industry benchmarks for professional services, leveraging digital, data, and technology to achieve excellence in audit quality, client service, and operational efficiency.
The Digital Audit Assistant Manager will be responsible for communicating the DAT’s story and guiding the practice through digital transformations.
A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager in our Change Hub, you will:
* Manage stakeholder activities across UK audit teams, promoting digital audit benefits and gathering feedback to improve digital offerings.
* Set goals with Digital Audit Champions, ensuring accountability and expanding digital knowledge through targeted engagement and network growth.
* Implement the digital communication strategy via SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, and training sessions.
* Work with the DAT Training Hub to develop digital learning resources.
* Support the DAT Knowledge Hub to provide accessible resources for high-quality, efficient audits using digital tools.
* Collaborate across teams to keep knowledge, communication, and training relevant and up-to-date.
* Take on additional responsibilities to support the DAT’s strategic goals.
