Business and Commercial Support Officer - Somerset Music
Hybrid working model with a balance of home and office working. Office base at County Hall, Taunton. Permanent role, 29.6 hours a week. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays – pro rata for part time.
What will I be doing?
* Maintain the school and staff timetable.
* Communicate with schools and colleges across the county.
* Update tutor pay and action services bought through the SSE website.
* Attend senior leadership meetings and liaise with senior leadership.
* Contribute to service innovation and development.
* Ensure accurate school and parental billing.
* Collect data for the Arts Council data return.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
* Effective communication with colleagues at all levels.
* Prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* Highly organised, accurate and resourceful.
* Previous administrative role experience and supervisory experience.
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 standard/5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary
Grade 13, £20,791 to £22,513 per annum for 29.6 hours a week.
