JOB TITLE: Corporate Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
You will work closely with the commercial property and commercial litigation teams on a varied and stimulating caseload while managing your own corporate matters including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance work. The role involves collaborating across departments to cross-refer work and provide seamless, high quality support to clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders, delivering strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice. You will also play an active role in the continued growth and development of the firm’s corporate practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in corporate law and a proven track record of delivering high quality transactional work. You will have strong technical skills, sound commercial awareness and the confidence to work collaboratively across departments while building trusted professional relationships. You will be highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines, and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
