Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations and ensure that the business processes run effectively and efficiently. To have a proactive and can do attitude. The ability to multi task and not be afraid to ask questions or to ask for help.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations
* Delegating and directing service tasks monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing team members to ensure the team's objectives and goals are achieved.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
* Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish and improve methods for remove recurring issues
* Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and Sales Representatives.
* Remaining organised and meeting deadlines.
* Ensure employees work productively.
* Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
* Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance
* Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
* Analyse and improve workshop processes.
Experience
Previous sales and management experience is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, sales and customer service skills
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations)
Strong analytical ability and problem solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Organisational and leadership skills
Computer literacy
