The Role Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Help create a positive and engaging learning environment Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and independence Support children with a range of learning needs and abilities Requirements Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is beneficial but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, patient, and proactive approach Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Passion for supporting children's learning and development Why Choose Simply Education?
