Salary: £95 to £120 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join a warm, welcoming early years setting in Newcastle. In this role, you’ll be helping children learn, grow, and build foundations that last a lifetime.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Nursery Nurse:
* Supporting the learning, development, and welfare of children aged 0–5
* Creating stimulating and engaging learning environments
* Assisting with key development areas including communication, social skills, and early literacy/numeracy
* Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and emotional well-being
* Working closely with nursery staff, parents, and external professionals
* Ensuring a safe and caring environment, following safeguarding and EYFS guidelines
What We’re Looking for in a Nursery Nurse:
* Experience in an early years or nursery setting (Level 2/3 Childcare qualification desirable)
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive attitude and a love for supporting young children
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
