Job overview
Are you organised, analytical and motivated by work that makes a difference? We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Administration and Data Support Officer to join our Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) team.
You’ll be at the heart of a busy, specialist service that protects patients, staff and visitors every day. You’ll provide administrative and data support to a multidisciplinary clinical team, helping to drive IPC priorities across the Trust. From coordinating meetings and conferences, managing data and reports, and supporting audits and governance systems, to maintaining information platforms and responding to internal and external enquiries, no two days will be the same.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and can work independently with confidence. Excellent communication skills, strong IT and data-handling capability, and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential, along with professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
You’ll be part of a supportive, expert team working at the forefront of patient safety and quality improvement. We offer meaningful work, opportunities to develop your skills, exposure to Trust‑wide initiatives, and the chance to see the real impact of your contribution on patient care and outcomes.
If you’re looking for a role where your organisational and data skills directly support safer healthcare, we would love to hear from you.
