We are working with a leading global sports organisation who are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their Legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in London, this role supports commercial, compliance and corporate legal work across Europe and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and manage a range of commercial contracts and service agreements.
* Support compliance and due diligence processes for regional partners and vendors.
* Assist with general corporate and administrative legal matters.
* Collaborate with lawyers and business teams across international offices.
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ paralegal experience in a commercial, corporate, or sports law environment.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent drafting and organisational skills.
* Experience with contract management or compliance processes.
* Law degree (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate qualification preferred.
