As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of the classroom team—supporting both teachers and pupils to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant (TA): Provide support to students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and behaviour support. Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment. Support students’ academic progress and emotional well-being. Monitor pupil development and report feedback to teaching staff. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members. What we need from a Teaching Assistant (TA): CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance is desirable. Graduates or students in Education, Psychology, or similar fields are encouraged to apply. Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting as a Teaching Assistant. A calm, supportive, and proactive approach.
