The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our dining outlets, including our fine dining restaurant, casual dining spaces, and private event areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Assist in the smooth operation of food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all dining areas.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
* Handle guest inquiries and special requests with care and efficiency.
* Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine interest in food and drink.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
