Residential Letting & Property Manager – St Andrews Salary Guide: £25,000 to £30,000 (plus /depending on level of experience) We want to hear from you if you are a proactive and upbeat team-player who has the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be a confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations. Potential candidates must have the ability to prioritise workload as well as show flexibility and willingness to learn and 'get stuck-in', helping out team members. No job should be too small! You will be responsible for day to day management of a varied property portfolio, and you can expect to deal with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to); carrying out property marketing, liaising with tenants and landlords, arranging repairs and working with contractors, producing and updating inventories, carrying out end of tenancy checkout inspections and monitoring safety certificates & legal requirements on an ongoing basis, assisting with rent account processing on a monthly basis. Working as part of a small and effective team with a well-established, growing and dynamic industry leading company, the perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and forward thinking and keen to get stuck in!
