Job Summary
We’re looking for a Service Coordinator / Scheduler to manage engineer scheduling, job planning, and compliance through Simpro.
This role goes beyond booking jobs, you’ll be responsible for ensuring works are properly planned, documented, and delivered, including RAMS / SSOW and survey coordination.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling engineers and managing daily/weekly workloads
* Using Simpro to control job progress and workflow
* Coordinating surveys and pre-work requirements
* Preparing and issuing RAMS / SSOW documentation
* Ensuring jobs are fully ready before scheduling
* Managing reactive works and reprioritising engineers
* Communicating with clients to confirm access and bookings
* Supporting engineers with job packs, site info, and requirements
* Making sure completed jobs are ready for invoicing
Requirements
* Experience scheduling engineers or field service teams
* Experience with RAMS / SSOW / permits / job packs
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
* Confident communicator with clients and engineers
