Fire & Security Business Development Manager (BDM) – Sales
Location: Remote but must be within commuting distance of Orpington

About Us
Trustee fire & security is a leading provider of fire and security solutions, delivering high-quality systems and services to commercial and industrial clients. With a strong reputation for excellence, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
The Role
As a Fire & Security BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the fire and security sector.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key decision-makers.
* Deliver tailored proposals and quotations that align with client requirements.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in fire & security sales or a related field.
Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Full UK driving licence.
