Responsibilities
* Support the team during service
* Evening cash up
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, hospitality practices, and customer service.
* Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
* Ensure smooth communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
Skills
* Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Experience in serving, barista duties, or hotel operations is advantageous.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
