Veterinary Client Care Receptionist (Full-time, Permanent)

We are a team of animal lovers looking to give our patients and their owners the best possible experience and care within veterinary practice - which is a daily mixed bag of both joy and sadness, cuddles and toilet accidents.
Veterinary experience is an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Telephone answering
* Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly, professional manner
* Managing appointments and client records efficiently
* Handling payments
* Use of multiple IT platforms
* Interaction with clients and pets
* Assisting with queries
* Ordering, cleaning and general administration tasks
Key Skills
* Excellent communication and IT skills, both internally and client-facing
* Quick learning
* Punctual and efficient
* Ability to work both as a team and independently
* Self‑motivated, energetic, compassionate personality
* Ability to use initiative
* Friendly, professional manner
* Managing appointments and client records efficiently
* Handling payments and general administrative tasks

Job Type: Permanent, full time
37.5 hours a week over 5 days to include every other Saturday.
