Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
* Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products.
* Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for customers' needs.
* Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query.
Required Skills & Experience
* Comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face.
* Experience in the motor industry and basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and parts location.
* People-focused and inspirational team player.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Customer-facing experience and proficiency in IT systems and packages.
