Full Time Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays (time off in lieu) Must have: Up to date understanding on all current and upcoming regulations ARLA Level 3 Qualified Full UK Drivers License What were looking for: High level of customer service and communication skills At least 3 years experience in a similar role Excellent telephone manner, written communication and a positive attitude Well-presented, articulate, ambitious, and self-motivated Experience working with Acquaint (or a similar CRM system) Experience with higher-end properties and landlords Preferable knowledge of Dulwich and the surrounding areas Duties and responsibilities: Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information Assisting in department organisation, reception and registration of tenants Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information Keeping their Line Manager updated on all progress and problems Removing properties from the market when they are let agreed Ensuring that all properties adhere to proper health and safety standards and certificates are kept up to date Arranging and conducting viewings Assisting with property management duties, such as certificate compliance, routine visits, producing reports and coordinating with contractors Booking in works orders as and when required Processing references and right to rent / AML checks Chasing late rents and assisting with processing invoices Ability to adapt depending on the needs of the company
