The Role This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees. You’ll take ownership of your caseload while working closely with colleagues across the firm on complex, high-value issues. Key Responsibilities Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and day-to-day HR matters Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish Drafting employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies Preparing and negotiating settlement agreements Supporting corporate transactions on employment-related matters Playing a role in client development and firm growth What We’re Looking For Qualified solicitor with 4 years PQE in Employment Law Strong technical expertise and the confidence to work independently Commercially aware with a practical, client-focused approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ambitious and team-oriented, with an interest in contributing to business development Why join?
